Sean is a designer and creative director with extensive experience building and leading high-performance creative and production teams. In his roles at WIN Brands and Shopify, Sean helped recruit, scale and organize their respective groups to support the growing needs of their marketing efforts around retention, paid media, social, B2B, and B2C content and communications.
Prior, Sean was Director of Creative at Grubhub & Seamless where he oversaw all facets of marketing and advertising creative; producing work for national campaigns and initiatives both in-house and with agency partners. Sean’s first in-house role was Creative Director of Threadless, Chicago’s first tech wunderkind. There, he built and led a full-service, in-house design, content, and user experience studio to support one of the largest creative communities in the world.
Some of Sean’s agency experience includes BBDO and Leo Burnett in Chicago, Huge in New York and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco. His work has been recognized by The One Show, Cannes Lions, London International, Communication Arts, The Webby Awards and Lüerzers Archive, to name a few.
Sean lives in Highland Park, Illinois with his wife, their three kids and one snoring Boston Terrier.
